LinkSat S.A.R.L. ("LinkSat", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website and in our software products, why, and how you can reach us about it.
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, message) and your IP address. We use them only to answer your request and keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies; fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the office map from Google Maps, which may set their own cookies under their policies.
LinkRad connects to an ISP server operated by your service provider, not by LinkSat. The app stores your login session on your device and sends the data needed for the service (your account, usage, payments, messages) to that provider's server. Device push tokens are used only to deliver notifications. Optional permissions — camera, microphone, Bluetooth, location — are requested only for the features that need them (QR scanning, voice calls, receipt printing, live view) and can be refused. Your provider is the data controller for subscriber data; contact them to access or delete your account. LinkSat as software vendor does not receive your personal data unless you contact us for support.
Data processed in systems we build or host for a customer belongs to that customer, who acts as data controller. We access it only to operate, support and secure the service, under our agreement with the customer.
Our systems use encrypted connections (TLS), access control, monitoring and encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will inform the affected customers promptly.
